Her instincts were spot on that we needed to list as soon as possible even though we weren't prepared to do so. She is highly knowledgeable and well-networked in our area which helped us find Buyers within two days of listing. She jumped into action after our first meeting with helping us set up an inspection and meticulously went through the list letting us know what absolutely needed to be done and what did not. She either set up appointments with her connections or provided their contact info so we could do so for each item. We really only had to go through all of our belongings to see what we wanted to keep, sell, or dump, and she even assisted us with handling the marketplace sales of items while we were traveling.
